Our all-in install pricing starts at $4,600 for air-conditioning systems and $4,900 for heat pumps, with the exact price set by the size (tonnage) your home needs. Attic installations and gas furnaces add $750. Every install includes the system, a Honeywell thermostat, safety switch, heat strips, and a hurricane pad — see the full price list above.

A few safe things to try: make sure the thermostat is set to COOL and a few degrees below the room temperature (try fresh batteries too); check that the breaker for the AC hasn’t tripped; replace your air filter if it’s dirty; and clear any leaves, grass, or debris from around the outdoor unit. If the refrigerant lines are iced over, turn the system off and give us a call.

It’s usually airflow — most often a clogged filter or a dirty coil. Turn the system OFF but leave the fan ON to let the ice melt, then put in a clean filter. If it freezes again, give us a call — it can also mean low refrigerant, which needs a licensed technician.
